What to expect


At RUNE Therapy, we start with a free, no-obligation phone call to get to know each other and briefly discuss your situation. After that, there is always an online intake session, where we look more deeply at your specific questions and goals.

Once we have done the intake, sessions can take place online or outdoors in the forest as walk-and-talk therapy.

 

We decide the length of the process together and review it regularly. For some people, five sessions are enough to create important breakthroughs, while others choose a longer, more in-depth process. You stay in charge of your own journey, and we tailor everything to your personal needs and goals.
