Jayne – therapist and Coach with an intuitive, practical, no-nonsense approach
As a neurodivergent person, I know what it is like to think and feel differently in a world that doesn't always embrace diversity. My guiding principle is simple: I see you as you are, without judgement. I am part of the LGBTQ+ community and a native speaker of both Dutch and English, so you are welcome to express yourself in whichever language feels most natural, or to move between the two.
How I became a therapist
I worked as an English teacher for a long time, until a severe burnout led me to ask what I really wanted from my life. That process brought me to therapy: first as a client, and later as my
profession. I trained in hypnotherapy, psychosocial therapy (PSBK), body-oriented therapy and psychodynamic therapy, and I have been working as a therapist since 2016.
Alongside my practice. I am also the parent of a primary school child, a partner, and a creative person. I work with people who are willing to look at themselves honestly, and I combine respectful humour with emotional depth and a grounded, practical style, always tailored to what you need.
